PERSONAL DATA REGULATION (GDPR)
At RecyclePit we register personal data in connection with our customer handeling. The personale data you provide by request or contact on the website, by sending an email to RecyclePit or on the phone will be added to the files owned by RecyclePit.
The purpose of obtaining these data is to provide you with the information requested on the services offered by RecyclePit. The background for our awareness of personal data registration is the EU’s Personal Data Regulation, GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation – which came into force in may 2018. The rules apply to all companies, organizations and public institutions in the EU and are not only relevant for current customers but also former customers.
RecyclePit is responsible the the processing of personal data in connection with alle goods and services provided by RecyclePit.
The personal data that you provide us are included in a file for which the controller is Recycle machines ApS called RecyclePit, CVR. nr. DK 41 34 92 47
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Registration and collection of personal information RecyclePit processes the personal information you provide when you register with us, e.g. information about your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number as well as information you otherwise provide from your IP address. We collect credit information upon request for purchase or lease. In addition, RecyclePit continuously collects and processes information about your customer relationship with us, such as information about purchase history and the goods and services that you use.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information to provide you with the goods and services that you have purchased and to manage your customer relationships, complete delivery and invoicing as well as ongoing customer contact and to inform you of any price or product adjustments that are relevant to you.
We use personal information to provide you with information about goods and services that you may be interested in. If you are or have been a customer by RecyclePit, we will obtain consent before we can send electronic information or markering material. recyclePit also uses telephone, e-mail and other digital communication channels for marketing to customers. Marketing is carried out in accordance with applicable law. If you do not wish to receive such inquiries, you may unsubscribe at any time. If you are not or have not been a customer, we only use electronic marketing, such as to send a newsletter if you agree to receive such marketing inquiries.
INFORMATION ABOUT EMPLOYEES
RecyclePit processes personal information about employees to manage payroll and employee responsibilities in accordance with applicable law. The necessary information is recorded for payment of wages, such as basic data, wage level, time registration, tax deductions, tax authority, union members and reimbursements as well as any government costs.
RecyclePit records information regarding key management as well as information about access to data systems. The information is only provided in connection with salary payments and other statutory deliveries. Deletion routines for personal data follw the Danish Financial Statements Act. Personal folders are stored in the employee archive. Folders are cleared at the end of the employment relationship.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We store personal information in accordance with applicable law and have measures at all times to ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity. Your personal information will only be stored for as long as RecyclePit has a significant need for this and in any casr no longer than what follows from the current legislation. When RecyclePit no longer has a significant need for the storage of personal information, the information is deleted or anonymized.
PERSONAL INFORMATION – CONFIDENTIALITY
We will not disclose personal information about you or anyone in the same company to any third party unless disclosure occurs
- with the consent of the person to whom the information applies.
- Pursuant to law or statutory provision
- By order of a court or other authority
- As part of trade relations etc. where there are objective reasons.
The duty of confidentiality does not prevent RecyclePit from making the above personal information available to the companies that, in agreement with RecyclePit, perform the technical or administrative operation of our services.
When we provide personal information to companies as mentioned here, we ensure that these third parties comply with RecyclePit’s requirements for the processing and use of personal information and applicable law. recyclePit may provide third parties with access to accumulated and anonymized data.
You must tell us if you have any further questions about our registration and processing of your personal data. We process personal information in accordance with applicable law and the personal Data Ordinance. Personal information is information and assessments that can be linked to you as a customer. You have the right to access the information that RecyclePit has registered about you as a customer. You have the right to acess the information that RecyclePit has registered about you at any time. REVISION OF THIS STATEMENT
We may change this Statement of Privacy if
- The processing of personal data is changed
- Revision is deemed necessary due to changes in laws or regulations given in accordance with the law.
PERIODS DATA IS KEPT
Data will be kept in virtue of compliance with the legal terms according to corporate guidelines and legal prescriptions. Contact data will be kept during the time that relationships are maintained and their deletion is not required. Data for commercial purposes will be kept an unlimited period of time as long as deletion is not requested.
